Inter Library Loan Service (ILLS)
Periodicals not available in CMC Libraries can be photocopied from other libraries in India, if the material requested is essential to the work in hand. Photocopies, which may be kept by the borrower, may be obtained instead of the origian material through the INSDOC (Indian National Scientific and Documentaion Centre or DELNET (Developing Libarary Network) or National Medical Library (NML) New Delhi.
Postal Charges and Photocopy charges shall be borne by the requisitioning person or department. This service is limited to professional and research staff only.
Loan application forms are available with the Librarian. Information needed in the application for a loan is as follows:
Periodicals: Author, title, name of the periodical, volume number, pages and date
If the reference is not complete, consultation with the Reference Librarian is suggested.
